TERMS in this agreement
- The ‘Site’ is referred to the website www.emallnetwork.com or any subdomain (sub-sites).
- ‘eMallNetwork.com’, ‘us’, ‘our’ and ‘we’ are referred to Emall Network Sdn Bhd (Reg No. 830292 - U), owner of the Site located at Suite 8-06, Hotel Maya, Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur.
- The ‘Services’ is referred to all facilities and services provided advertising services provided in the Site by the eMallNetwork.com.
- The ‘User’ or ‘you’ is any person who accesses the Site for whatever purpose, regardless of whether said User has registered with the Site as a registered User or whether said User is a paying customer for a specific service provided by eMallNetwork.com. A User includes individual person or any legal entity which may be represented by such person under actual or apparent authority.
- The ‘Agreement’ referred to this agreement between eMallNetwork.com and the User.
Applicable and Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using the Site, User hereby agree to accept the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement as a User. User shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement with respect to User access or use of this Site and any further upgrade, modification, addition or change to this Site. If User does not accept all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, User should immediately leave and stop using this Site.
- eMallNetwork.com has all right to revised and amend this Agreement at any time without notice.
Eligibility for Membership.
- This member is allowed for User above 18 years old individual or legally registered companies which can be bound by the Agreement.
Advertising at eMallNetwork.com
- The User is personally responsible for using this Site.
- The User is must use this site at own risk.
- The User shall use the Services in accordance with any law at the time being in force in Malaysia.
- The User shall not advertise eMallNetwork.com prohibited items and services.
- The User must be fully responsible to provide accurate information for every selling item advertised.
- The User must provide accurate balance product balance before advertising and make sure all item balance information is always updated after is transaction.
- The user must not provide any information that violates, or is illegal under any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation.
- The User must not represent eMallNetwork.com during making advertisement by any action either by wording or images. Using eMallNetwork.com logo is advertisement images strictly prohibited.
- The Company have all rights to block, delete or change any advertisement without notice if the advertisement any break any guideline in this Agreement.
Supporting materials during Advertisement
- The User allowed to upload and use supporting materials such as images, video and flash files.
- Supporting document is strictly for advertisement purpose.
- eMallNetwork.com does not allow any supporting document which might : -
- contains pornographic material
- contains material which is not belong to the User or protected with any law without written permission to the owner.
- contains computer viruses and / or other computer programming element that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
- creates liability for the Company or causes the Company to lose, in whole or in part, the services of its Internet Service Providers or other suppliers
- introduces, spreads or is intended to introduce and / or spread contents or propaganda of racist nature
- Contains any information teaching illegal drug usage.
